Sommelier – south west – live in
Fulltime Position
Sommelier required for a fine dining Restaurant in the south west. This establishment has very high standards, really good food and amazing wines to match the food standards. package up to £37k and live in available.
The role
we are looking for a Sommelier from a fine dining background to manage the wines within this restaurant. you will stock the wine bins for service, ensure the white wine is chilled the night before and keep the wine par levels to the set amount. you will record the wines sold and the wines required for reordering. you will suggest wines to guests. this role will include all the normal Sommelier duties.
experience
we are looking for a Sommelier from a fine dining background with a good knowledge of old world and new world wines. you will be good at communication and upselling.
