The role
We are looking for a Events & Banqueting senior sous chef to run the events kitchen. You will work through the prep list for the events, ensure the event prep is all ready on time, ensure the various requirements on the function list is met and on the day of events ensure everything is ready for the required time. This role will include all the normal senior sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Events & Banqueting sous chef with a background within events, passion for great ingredients. You will be organised and able to plan the events function sheet.
