Restaurant manager – Trendy brand
Fulltime Position
Restaurant manager required for a all day funky brand, daytime it is a restaurant style and then turns into a music & drink venue later on in the day. As a restaurant manager you will report into General Manager and be responsible for the food side. This is a up and coming funky brand that is aimed at the 24-39 age group of customer, the young pro type of market. you will take a led for the floor to ensure the floor runs really smooth.
The role
As a Restaurant manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the food side of the operation, you will ensure everything runs smoothly within the operation. This role will include all the standard Restaurant Manager duties.
Experience
we are looking for a Restaurant manager from a modern stylish food operation, with great people skills. You will be able to lead a team of 15-25 FOH staff on the busy nights. You will be P&L aware and really good running the floor.
