Fulltime Position
Restaurant manager required for a restaurant in the kentish town area of NW5. This restaurant has a open kitchen, its fine dining dishes but served in a casual dining style, unstuffy fine dining. upto £55k + bonus
The role
As a Restaurant manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the food side of the operation, you will ensure everything runs smoothly within the operation. This role will include all the standard Restaurant Manager duties.
Experience
we are looking for a Restaurant manager from a modern stylish food operation, with great people skills. You will be able to lead a team of 13-19 FOH staff on the busy nights. You will be P&L aware and really good running the floor.
