pizza chef job in the Aldgate area
Fulltime Position
Pizza chef (4 day week) is required for a establishment in the Aldgate area of London, which is on the Circle & Metropolitan lines. This venue serves food as part of the concept however the food is a smaller side to the business. You will be responsible for running the kitchen (1 chef kitchen), you will create pizzas to order, ensure the topping prep is done and the cook to order. The pizzas are all cooked from scratch including homemade bases. You will also cook other simple dishes like baked Camembert cheese sharing board and plating simple desserts too!. The main focus is the pizza side, the food is quick and simple food, however it is from scratch the pizza bases and toppings. pizza chef, £35k + service
The role
As a Pizza Chef you will work on a 4 day week basis, you will prep the fridge and get the fridge ready for service, you will ensure all the pizza toppings are in stock. You will make fresh pizza bases from scratch. You will put in the food orders needed and write the prep list for your days off for the other chef who covers those days. You will work on shift on your own. This role will include all the standard pizza chef duties
Experience
we are looking for a pizza chef with a fresh background and able to make everything including the base from sratch. you must be able to work on your own and create your own prep lists.
