Pastry demi Chef de partie required for a 5star Hotel in London. This role is a new role being created to create even more of a life balance for all the pastry chefs. This is a chilled kitchen, great friendly team that work to a 5 star standard but have fun at the same time.
The role
We are looking for a pastry demi chef de partie and a pastry demi chef de partie to run a section in this 5 star hotel. The property is a 5 star property, they have the main restaurant and afternoon teas. This role will include all the standard pastry demi chef de partie duties
Experience
We are looking for a pastry demi chef de partie and a demi chef de partie who are team players, can work in a easy going kitchen. You will have great pastry skills.
