As a pastry chef you will run the pastry department with a team of pastry chefs. you will ensure the pastry department runs smoothly and the various pastry items are all ready for service.

We are looking for a pastry chef from a fresh food pastry background who can create a wide range of pastry products. you will have good organisation skills.
