pastry chef de partie required for a Hotel and Restaurant in the Bury St Edmunds area. The pastry chef de partie  £32-36k as basic and service/tips. This is a fresh food restaurant, easy to get to.

 

The role
as a pastry chef de partie you will run the pastry section with the senior pastry chef, you will create pastry for both for the restaurant and for afternoon teas. this role will include all the normal pastry  chef de partie duties

Experience
we are looking for a  pastry chef de partie from a fresh food background, with a range of pastry knowledge
