Fulltime Position
pastry chef de partie required for a Hotel and Restaurant in the Bury St Edmunds area.£32-34k as basic and service/tips. This is a fresh food restaurant, easy to get to.
The role
as a pastry chef de partie you will run pastry section in the kitchen, you will be a all-rounder and able to work in various sections. you will prep your pastry section for service, plate pastry in service to a rosette level. this role will include all the normal pastry chef de partie duties
Experience
we are looking for a pastry chef de partie from a fresh food background, ideally within ahotel standard kitchen and fresh food, ideally some events too. you will have good knife skills and fresh food.
