🌟 Meet the team – Dan Bramall 🌟

Dan started with HtE Recruitment in 2015, starting as a Temp Chef Desk Resourcer and worked his way upto Associate Director level with responsibility for Logistics recruitment. 

Prior to Recruitment

Dan started his working life as a Chef, working around Hotels, event catering and Gastro pubs in Cheshire, he worked his way upto Sous chef level as a Chef.

Why the move into recruitment

Dan wanted to stay connected to Hospitality but wanted a work life balance, so he could do his passion of football. The move into recruitment has meant he has been able to play football every Thursday evening since 2015. He is also able to watch Manchester United and Crewe on a weekend. 

Recruitment life

Dan helped to establish Temp desks and helped with the launch of our logistics division. Dan now managers the Logisitcs division. As well as the recruitment side, Dan also helps with vision, direction and helps with internal HR. You will find Dan each year at the CIPD conference in Manchester, learning about the latest trends in HR.

Outside of recruitment

You will find Dan watching football, enjoying nice food, going country walking and fishing.
