kitchen manager / Head chef – middlesbrough
Fulltime Position
kitchen manager required for a office building, this role is a monday to friday daytime hours role, this role is heading up a team of 6 in the kitchen. It is at a sous chef level but is running the kitchen side. £34k, mon-fri, good work life balance. If you are looking to still use good produce and food but get your work life balance better – this role is for you.
The role
As a kitchen manager you will run the kitchen, you will ensure the team of 6 runs smoothly and that the standards in the kitchen run smoothly. This role will include all the standard kitchen manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a kitchen manager / sous chef with a fresh food background at a kitchen manager or sous chef level, the food standards are good at this unit, it is not your standard office catering – it is fresh food and a good level.
