Fulltime Position
junior sous chef, 4 day week required for a fresh food Restaurant in the Darlington area. This is a great opportunity to work with some amazing fresh food and to work only 4 days a week. Junior sous chef, £31k, parking on site.
The role
As a junior sous chef you will support the head chef and sous chef in the running of the kitchen. You will step into sections that need extra support and run key sections. As all the chefs work 4 day weeks, there is extra support required on the sections and for support for the head chef. This role will include all the normal junior sous chef duties
Experience
We are looking for a junior sous chef from a fresh food background, organised and good knife skills.
