Is it just permanent Head Chefs you cover?
Yes. We focus only on permanent recruitment. This allows us to match candidates and clients more effectively for long-term success.There are two types of agencies, some are more focused on Temp work and others (like us) are focused on permanent positions. Prior to 2019 we did cover both HOWEVER we found it is not possible to deliver a great service doing both & you reduce your service delivery. This is why in 2019 we decided to focus only on permanent Chefs
Can you offer sponsorship
Currently, we are not working with any clients who have a sponsorship license; all candidates must have the right to work in the UK. If a company can offer sponsorship, this will always be listed on the advert however currently no client can.
How quick can you find me a head chef?
As long as a client is paying market rates or above for the head chef role, we normally can get a range of CV’s within the week.
How much do you charge clients
We have a range of packages. Our HtE Select package starts at 12%, and our HtE Partner package starts at 8% for positions above £45k salary.
What part of London do you cover
We cover all parts of London and can support you in all post code regions of the capital to recruit a head chef
Can you help with new openings?
Yes, every year we support many London Restaurants and Hotels with new openings. Every new opening must have a strong leader in the kitchen, to really drive the opening forward
