Sales executive – Recruitment agency in Manchester City Centre (Ducie Street, M1 2JW).

Fulltime Position

We have recently launched a new service, called our “Consultancy service” and this is in addition to our finders service. We are looking for a part time Sales executive to help to switch selected clients over to the new service. This is is a easy sell, as there is a great benefit to clients. You will help build up the client base using this new service. This is a part time role however there could be scope to look at additional hours.

The role:

You will engage with our current clients and previous clients to educate them and make them aware of our new service, which offers many more benefits for them instead of our finders service product. You will speak to around 20-25 clients a day to educate them about the service and to switch over. You will be targeted to switch 1 client a day over and take a new role for a consultant to work on.

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate who is great on the phone, really good at selling and able to sell the same product in back to back calls.

Team & Office

We have a team culture with themed days, the office from end of May 2022 is now based in a old Victoria mill and Simply Red recorded in this building as well. This is a 100% office based role.

Hours

part time hours, to be discussed which days, likely to cover a tuesday and wednesday and possibly thursday – open for discussions.

Systems

We use a CRM system, that is really easy to use and makes our life easier. All the registration questions, standard notes and standard emails are all set up ready for you on the CRM. The phone is also integrated to the CRM, so no calling numbers.
