Head of Food and beverage
Fulltime Position
Head of Food and Beverage required for a multi outlet operation, you will run the food and beverage with the head of department reporting into yourself. This Head of food and Beverage role is paying £60k basic + 5k + 8-9k bonus. Once the department is running well, the role most weeks will be a monday to friday role.
The role
As Head of Food and Beverage you will manage the department, you will ensure the department delivers the revenue and profit required. This role will include food costing, cost management, staffing management and ensuring you have the right people in each of the roles within the food and beverage outlets. This role will include manu concept, food costings and cost control. This role will include all the standard food and beverage management duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Food and Beverage manager from either a Hotel OR a multi outlet operation. You will have strong management skills, food costing skills, menu planning skills and aware of profitable trends for menus.
