HTE Recruitment are proud to be the exclusive Recruitment Agency for this company. We are supporting them source a wide range of Chefs and Managers.
The establishment will have a Deli area, Sushi counter and a Restaurant area. In the Restaurant area, they will be serving a range of brilliant Spanish dishes and meats.
This will be a very unique concept and it will be a great time to join this concept.
The roles will include the following:
- Head Chef / Kitchen manager – This role will oversee the food side of the operation, it is more of a office based role, you will do the orders, you will ensure the COSHH & HACCP are all done and do the stock takes.
- General Manager – This person will oversea each part of the concept, reparting into the groups Operations Manager. You will ensure all sections are running smoothly, you will drive sales & ensure GP’s etc are met.
- Restaurant Manager – These roles will look after the Restaurant side of the operation, with the focus on the evenings and later afternoon
- Sous chef – Spanish section. This role will be to use great Spanish produce to create some fantastic Spanish dishes for take out and sit down.
- Sushi Chef. This role will be for the Izakaya Sushi counter, you will ensure your counter looks amazing, using very fresh fish from the fishmonger. The sushi will be the attention to the eye when you walk in.
- Deli Manager – This role will mainly be 8am to 5pm, it will look after the deli section of the operation. We are looking for a manager from a trendy food based deli / food store.
