Fulltime Position

Head Chef required for a fresh food gastro pub and restaurant in Cornwall, on the coast & within driving distance of Porthleven. This is a fresh food kitchen and they are looking to push the food forward, Head chef £43-50k, possible live in if your relocating.

 

 

 

The role
As a Head chef you will run the kitchen and help move it to the next level, they cook lots of fresh fish and meats, showcasing Cornish produce. This Head Chef role will include all the standard head chef duties. 
 
Experience
We are looking for a fresh food head Chef who wants to be part of the journey to move the food forward in this operation. You will have great knife skills and be passionate about Cornish gastro pub food.
