head chef required in the colwyn bay part of North wales, thi s Hotel offers a restaurant, banqueting, weddings. The food is all of a great standard, all 100% fresh and is well presented. live in if you are relocating is available. £36-41k, depending on experience and background. This is all fresh food and we are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background.
The role
As a head chef you will manage the kitchen and team of chefs. You will create a range of menus for both fresh food restaurant as well as good standard weddings. you will manage the team, ensure the restaurant is ready for service and run the pass. you will also ensure the weddings are all ready on time. This role will include all the standard head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background as a head chef or senior sous chef
