Fulltime Position

Demi Chef de partie required for a fresh food high end Gastro pub. 4day week of a central London fresh food seasonal gastro produce kitchen. This Gastro pub serves meals all day and has a couple of different start times available. The Demi Chef de partie £31,526+service (OTE around £35k) 

The role
As a Demi chef de partie you will manage one of the smaller kitchen sections within this Gastro pub, this will also include working on prep your fridge and running one of the sections during service. They do a range of dishes of a great standard within this British Gastro pub. This role includes all the normal  Demi chef de partie duties. 

Experience
