Customs clearance coordinator required for a freight forwarder in the Basildon area. The salary is between £32-35k. This is for a freight forwarder who covers road, air and ocean freight. This company has been doing well and has a wide range of clients. The customs clearance clearance coordinator / customs clerk is paying upto £35k. The client is looking for Min 2 years Customs Experience – completing European Road Freight Import Entries
The role
As a Customs clerk / customs clearance coordinator you will ensure the customs entries for each client. You will ensure the paperwork for the road freight imports are all correct and they are ready for the road freight to arrive at the docks. You will do all the normal duties of a customs clearance coordinator duties.
Experience
We are looking for a customs clerk or a customer clearance coordinator with a Min 2 years Customs Experience – completing European Road Freight Import Entries. As a customs clearance coordinator you will also have experience of CDS, Transit Docs, fixed & simplified declarations, CHIEF, T1’s, Destin8, Descarte, CONEX (desirable). You will be organised and be able to work
