Fulltime Position

Chef required for a pub in the matlock area. 30 hours per week & £25,000 per year (works out around £16ph). This is the only chef in the kitchen, you will be cooking using local butchers meat, seasonal and weekly menus. They have a regular client base and they want themed nights, seasonal and weekly menus that change on a regular basis. the days and hours are set, which means its fantastic for a chef who is now looking to reduce the hours they work for a more life balance. 

The role
As a chef you will cook in  the kitchen, this is a small kitchen cooking a small but regular changing menu. you will meet the butcher each week to discuss the meats for that week and design a menu based around the seasonal produce available. you will also work on themed nights as well. This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week with set days and hours. This role will include all the normal chef duties.
