chef de partie – Chichester
Fulltime Position
chef de partie required for a Hotel and Restaurant in the Chichester area. The chef de partie package is £33k, broken down as £30k as basic and £3k service/tips. This is a fresh food restaurant, live in available within a short walk. Due to the location, own transport will be required.
The role
as a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will be a all-rounder and able to work in various sections. you must be a rosette level chef and able to cook at this type of level. you will prep your section for service, cook in service and plate your dishes to a rosette level. this role will include all the normal chef de partie duties
Experience
we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, ideally within a rosette standard kitchen or a rosette level kitchen. you will have good knife skills and fresh food.
