Fulltime Position

Chef de partie required in London for a small 2 rosette level fine dining restaurant. The chef is very well established and has held a rosettes for a number of years, chef de partie salary package is £33,000 & travel is covered upto £1600 a year. The food is fantastic and you will learn alot. This is central London and easy to get to on public transport.

 

The role
We are looking for a chef de partie who can work mainly in veg/sauce sections. you will prep the fridge you are working on, that day. you will ensure your prep is all done and ready for service, you will cook in service and ensure your plates are all ready. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fine dining background, ideally 2 rosette background.
