chef de partie required in Northumberland for a establishment with live in accommodation and cooking at a rosette level. This role is fresh food, good standards. pastry chef de parties £29-31k including the accommodation (live in).
the role
As a chef de parties you will manage one of the section on your shift.you will prep the fridge for service, cook in service and ensure the plates are of a rosette level. This role will include all the normal chef de parties duties
Experience
