Chef de partie – Reading
Fulltime Position
chef de partie required for a fine dining kitchen near Reading. The produce and food standards are fantastic, this is a live out role but could support with short term live in if required. chef de partie, £28.5k + 3.5k service (32.5k package)
The role
As a chef de partie, you will prep your fridge using great produce and prep these rosette dishes ready for service, in service you will cook in your section to a great standard and ensure amazing dishes land on the pass. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a organised candidate, who can train and run a pass, you will be from a rosette background. You will either be from a chef de partie background or a demi chef de partie ready to step up.
