Fulltime Position
Chef de partie required for a kitchen in driving distance of Ripon. Most weeks are 4 day weeks with chance of paid overtime in busy months for a 5th day if you wanted for extra pay. This kitchen uses fresh produce and the menus change on a regular basis, making it not boring as the dishes change regular. This is a great opportunity to learn new dishes on a regular basis. chef de partie £28-30k 4 day weeks with paid overtime in addition to this in busy weeks.
The role
we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to run a section in this kitchen, the menus will change around alot and sections too. this is great for learning. this role will include all the standard chef de partie duties
