This client has two gaps in the kitchen. one gap is a chef de partie who will prep the section for service, ensure the cooking is of a good rosette level in service and ensure the food looks fantastic as it lands at the pass. This role includes all the standard chef de partie duties.
The other role is a junior sous chef, you will ensure as a junior sous chef you will support the chef de parties, you will run a key section in the kitchen and support the sous chef and head chef in the running of the kitchen. The junior sous chef role will include all the normal duties of a junior sous chef.
we are looking for a chef de partie and a junior sous chef from a fresh food background. Ideally within rosette cookery and with a passion for great produce.
