Fulltime Position
Chef de partie required for Private Members Club Mon-Fri 40-45hrs 7am-3pm or 1230-10pm, Closed Christmas & BankHoliday. This Club has a restaurant & Banqueting. This Club offers great Work life balance with weekends, Christmas & Bank holiday off. Chef de partie £31k package
The role
As a chef de partie you will manage one of the kitchen sections, this will also include working on prep your fridge and running one of the sections during service. They do a range of dishes of a great standard. This role includes all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
The client is looking for a chef de partie from a Hotel or rosette restaurant background. You will be able to manage a section and be organised.
