Fulltime Position
chef de partie required for a establishment on the coast not too far away from Truro. The establishment offers live in with a small supermarket within walking distance. This establishment has a fresh food restaurant with a good range of fish dishes. 40 hour contract, £27k with live in at £280 per month.
The role
we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. The section will mean you will prep your section, ensure your fridge is ready for service and cook in service. the sections will change around. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background with a passion for fresh fish dishes. you will have good knife skills
