Fulltime Position

Chef de Partie required for a kitchen in the windermere area, live in on site. you be cooking a wide range of fresh food dishes. windermere is a major part of the lakes

The role:

We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background; you will ensure your section is ready for service, cook in service and ensure everything is ready on time. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties.

 

Experience:

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience with fresh food and good knife skills
