Fulltime Position
chef de partie required for a Hotel and Restaurant in the lakes, with a fresh food kitchen. £27500 – 30,000 depending on background and LIVE IN AVAILABLE.
The role
We are are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to work in one of the sections. You will cook rosette dishes, served in a fine dining way. you will ensure your section is ready for service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
