chef de partie required in the Guildford area for a good quality Hotel and fresh food restaurant, which is of a good rosette level. This role within the main kitchen serves up 2 rosette level dishes. Chef de partie £30500 package (29k basic + 1500 tips), live in available locally. This kitchen will look great for your career on your CV. The food is all fresh and you be using good produce.
The role
we are looking for a chef de partie for a hotel in the main kitchen, you will prep your fridge, cooking to a rosette level, have your fridge ready for service and cook in service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
