Fulltime Position
Demi Chef de partie required for a 3 rosette kitchen with really good standards. As well as a garden kitchen to use, this site has great suppliers with amazing produce. This 3 Rosette role in the South West of England is paying £32.5k basic and £3.5k service (36k package) with live in at only £260 a month including all your bills. The kitchen has a great HR team who help to look after staff and they have a wide range of benefits.
The role
we are looking for a demi chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, prep your fridge and cook in service to a good 3 rosette level. This role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a demi chef de partie with good knife skills, use fresh food, from a fine dining 3 rosette background . You might be looking to learn higher cooking skills or use great produce, this is the kitchen for you.
- Demi Chef de partie £32,448. + £3500 service/tips (36k package)
