chef de partie – live in
Fulltime Position
chef de partie required for a banqueting venue, cooking fresh food and of a high standard. One prep day and the rest in a mixture (not many late nights) so ideal for a work/life balance but still cook at a rosette level.
The role:
We are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in a small kitchen of 5 chefs, this role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
