Fulltime Position
Chef de partie (4 day week) required for a Restaurant and Bar on the East side of the Lake district. This place offers a fresh food menu and is known locally. They use a great range of regional produce, they go foraging for ingredients and they do there own butchery on site. If you like ingredients, you will like it here. chef de parties salary is £27-28k + 3500 service.
The role
As a chef de partie you will support the head chef and sous chef in the running of the kitchen. you will prep one of the sections in the kitchen, cooking to a high standard, prep the fridge, cook in service. This role covers all the normal duties of a chef de partie.
