Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer in Manchester City Centre (Ducie Street, M1 2JW). January start.

Fulltime Position

Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer required for one of the desks within our Hospitality division here at HTE Recruitment. As a company we have been trading since 2007 and in recent years have branched out into new sectors and our 5 year plan is to become a multi divisional Agency working across 3 sectors. The HtE team community is very important to us and we work hard to create a team environment. As a Recruitment resourcer you will be focused on candidates and allocated to one section of the hospitality division. At the end of May 2022 we moved from the Airport to the city centre of Manchester, 3 min walk from a major train station (M1 2JW). This is a office only based position.

The role:

You will match on new positions, short list candidates, select CV’s, complete registration calls with candidates, tell them about positions and send them details. you will edit cv’s in our format and send to possible clients. You will also do some proactive things for candidates who we do not have a current job for, produce some marketing for these candidates. This is a recruitment resource role and is part of the apprentice program.

Experience:

We are looking for a Recruitment resource who is good on the phone, can communicate well, good at English and some maths skills. You will have common sense when it comes to dealing with day to day candidate issues and able to describe restaurants to possible candidates (sell a job to them).

Team & Office

We have a team culture with themed days, the office from end of May 2022 is now based in a old Victoria mill and Simply Red recorded in this building as well. This is a 100% office based role.

Hours

This post is a office based role, the hours are Monday to Thursday either 730-5pm or 8-530 and on a Friday 8am to 230pm. Early finish on a Friday.

Systems

We use a CRM system, that is really easy to use and makes our life easier. All the registration questions, standard notes and standard emails are all set up ready for you on the CRM. The phone is also integrated to the CRM, so no calling numbers.
