🌟 Meet the team – Rick Ashton 🌟

Rock started the company in 2007, working on his own to start with then built a team of recruiters. 

Prior to Recruitment

Rick started his career within Hospitality, working for Thistle Hotels. He also went to Sheffield Hallam University to do a degree

Why the move into recruitment

After many years in Hospitality, Rick wanted to have a balance of work and home life, he moved into the Recruitment sector. 

Recruitment life

Rick has worked across all our divisions including Hospitality, Sales, IT and Hospitality. Rick started in recruitment in 2005 and for the past 20 years has worked with a wide range of clients to help them source talent. 

Outside of recruitment

Rick loves gardening and growing his own produce, walking and also has been involved in local charities and a local Christian church community. He has helped run events for charities in the past. 

You will often find rick in coffee shops drinking great coffee and also talking about AI. Rick is very passionate about the possibilities of AI in the future and how this can link into improving how we do things. 

Vision

Rick is driven to invest in people who want a mentor to help them in their career journey. Rick is developing the business into a 3 sector business
