Chef de partie required in the notting hill area of london, this is a small kitchen team, straight/single shifts, about 40 hrs a week

We are looking for a chef de partie who can work on the small menu, they do fish and few meat dishes. you will prep and cook to order. this role includes all the normal chef de partie duties

We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background and knowledge of fish and also how to prep oysters ideally
