Fulltime Position
sous chef required in the Lavenham area, live in available on site. This kitchen uses fresh local produce and the chefs are really connected with some of the produce being used, . sous chef , £30k-34k basic + service. The menu is very well cooked and presented, using some interesting ingredients and produce.
The role
as a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will suppor the running of the pass in service and a section. this role will include all the normal sous chef duties
