The role
we are looking for a Sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen and to run a section when the head chef is in & cover the pass when the head chef is off. This kitchen is all about the local produce, you must be passionate about the produce and help get the passion into the junior chefs. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties. Experience
We are looking for a Sous chef from a fresh food background and you have a passion for produce. They would also consider a junior sous chef looking to step up
