Sous chef – Wadebridge
Fulltime Position
Sous chef is required in the Wadebridge area of Cornwall. This is a fresh food kitchen, this is a full time position paid at £15 per hour (35k a year if 45 hrs). This is a fresh food kitchen with a range of meats and fish. This kitchen is remote and would require your own transport.
The role
We are looking for a sous chef for a kitchen, you will be cooking fresh food including a range of burgers, fresh fish items and other fresh items. This is a fresh food kitchen in a really nice location. As a Sous Chef you will ensure each section is ready for service and will be working on some sections on some days. You will also run the pass when the head chef is off and do the food orders. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef with a fresh food background at a sous chef level. you will be able to cook fish and other dishes, be a good all rounder in the kitchen and able to drive, due to the location.
