Fulltime Position
Chef de Partie required for a Rosette Restaurant within a stunning hotel in the Grasmere area. Salary is up to 27,000 + 5-6k tips (OTE £33k a year) and live in is available. The hotel is well known in the area for the Restaurant and is producing fantastic Rosette dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie
The role:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background; you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties.
Experience:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience as either a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up. Fresh food experience would be beneficial
