chef de partie required for a Hotel with a rosette kitchen, this is a hotel with a bar and rosette restaurant. The establishment has live in available. chef de partie, £28k-32k package, live in.
The role
We are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, cooking fresh rosette food. You will prep your section. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
