Fulltime Position
Sous Chef required for a fresh food gastro pub and restaurant in Cornwall, on the coast & within driving distance of Porthleven. This is a fresh food kitchen and they are looking to push the food forward, sous chef £36-39k, possible live in if your relocating.
The role
As a sous chef you will run the kitchen and help move it to the next level, they cook lots of fresh fish and meats, showcasing Cornish produce. This sous Chef role will include all the standard head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a fresh food sous Chef who wants to be part of the journey to move the food forward in this operation. You will have great knife skills and be passionate about Cornish gastro pub food.
