Restaurant manager

Restaurant team leader required for a fresh food casual restaurant style, this is a fun and dynamic style with amazing fresh food, full of flavour and in a casual dining, think large sharing plates full of yummy quick dishes with a modern client base. Restaurant team leader, £14-15 per hour (40-50hrs a week) £29k-35k a year depending on hours and rate. 

The role
As a restaurant team leader you will work under the restaurant manager you will manage the floor side of this fast paced fresh food casual dining restaurant during your shift. You will ensure the customers are greeted on arrival, they have the tables, they are explained the menu and that the team keep the food flowing. This is fast paced operation. This restaurant team leader role will include all the standard Restaurant supervisor / team leader duties. 

Experience
We are looking for a restaurant team leader with a fast paced background, casual dining and fresh food. You will be able to manage the restaurant, ensure the quick turn over and ensure the restaurant flows well.
