Pub General Manager - Food focused pub

General Manager required for a fresh food Pub near to Marple, this establishment is a busy operation well known for a great pint and food. As a General Manager you will run the day to day operation of the pub, this is a hands on role. Pub General Manager either live in (£40k with free live in) OR live out £45-50k. The client base in this area is made up of walkers, day visitors and locals, it a really good client base and the nice weather always brings out extra customers for the beer garden

The role
We are looking for a General Manager with a food pub background, you will be able to motivate and manage a team, you will  be able to inspire a team and help them to deliver great customer service to the customers. The operation, especially in the summer on a nice day can be very busy with the food side, you will be able to do rotas based around events and weather etc. You will be able to inspire your team to ramp things up on a busy day. This is a really xciting opportunity for a General Manager to be running this pub.

Experience
We are looking for a General Manager from a Pub background with both a wet and dry background, able to manage a team of over 20 staff and able to work in a operation that can get busier in the nice weather. You will be a peoples person and able to get the best out of the team
