Head chef required in mid Norfolk for a Gastro pub with rooms, serving fresh seasonal local produce. this gastro pub has great produce, upto £55k salary plus 5-6k tips. They are looking for a head chef who enjoys using seasonal produce. parking on site
The role
As a Head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure your kitchen is ready for service, work with suppliers to get the best produce and seasonal ingredients. you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen and this role includes all the standard head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a head chef or senior sous chef with a fresh food background, good seasonal use of ingredients and knife skills
