CHEF JOB VACANCY
Head chef required for a fresh food venue in Newcastle, it is food quality fresh food and is open for lunch and dinner with the possible scope of being able to offer a brunch offering. This is a bar and restaurant, part of a small group with good career opportunities. The head chef, 40k plus possible bonus and discount at the other venues.
The role
As a Head chef you will run this kitchen within this unit, you will ensure the kitchen is ready for service each day, ensure the fresh food is of a great standard, train the other chefs and ensure the pass runs smoothly in service. This head chef role will include all the standard head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background, able to workin a all day dining type of operation and have good food hygiene and knife skills.
