Head chef - fish focused

Head Chef required for a restaurant in the Newcastle area, this is fresh food and part of a small group. This role will be based in the main restaurant they have. They create daily and weekly specials based on the produce available, it is very creative menus. They use seasonal and market produce, including lots of fish which they get fresh, the weekly specials will include the fish that lands. Head chef, £45-55k (depending on expeirence) + tips

The role
As a Head chef you will manage this fast-paced kitchen, you will create weekly and daily specials, you will work with seasonal and market available produce. You will manage a team, ensure everyone runs the sections well, you will be hands on and ensure the fast paced kitchen works smoothly. This head chef role includes all the standard head chef duties, 

Expeirence
We are look for a head chef from a fresh food background, able to write daily specials and able to train and develop a team, you will have great knife skills ass they get whole fish and other whole items delivered, everything is prepared from scratch onsite.
