Fulltime Position
chef de partie required for an establishment within driving distance of Oxford, chef de partie £36k salary + 3-4k tips (39-40k) , this is a rosette level kitchen and they are looking to develop further. Are youy looking to be part of the team who help push forward. This is a brilliant opportunity for a chef de partie to be part of the team who are pushing.
The role
As a chef de partie you will get your section ready for service, you will prep your fridge and ensure everything is ready for service. In service you will cook to a rosette level and ensure your plates leaving the pass are of a high level.
Experience
As a chef de partie you will use your great knife skills, your rosette cooking skills to make great rosette level dishes. You will be organished.
